Title search and chain of ownership verification. Encumbrance certificate review. Land-use and conversion status confirmation. Planning and zoning classification check (including CRZ where applicable). Physical site verification against documented boundaries.
Cross-referencing against our Infrastructure Tracker for any dependent projects. Financial scenario modelling with explicit base, upside and downside cases. Promoter or counterparty background review where a third party is involved.
An opportunity only reaches this website once every step above is complete — or, in the small number of cases where verification is still in progress, we state that explicitly on the opportunity page rather than waiting to publish.
