We built Nachiketa Group because we kept seeing the same pattern: investors discovering a region's real risks only after committing capital. We wanted the research to come first.
Our story
Nachiketa Group started as an informal research practice — tracking government planning notifications and infrastructure tenders across MMR long before most of that data made it into mainstream property conversations. What began as internal research for a small group of investors became a standalone platform once it became clear how much value was in the verification itself, not just the eventual transaction.

Our vision is a real estate investment culture where evidence consistently comes before opportunity. Our mission is narrower and more practical: identify, verify and evaluate emerging regions before they become mainstream markets, and only then present what clears the bar.
